Try the sample page
The app includes a printable EE3 sample. Open the app, choose the sample page during the introduction or from Shelf, print it, write on it, then scan it.

The app is free for everyone. You do not need to buy a planner, create an account or enter a purchase code.
Scanning a page
Place the page on a flat, well-lit surface. Keep all four corner marks visible and avoid glare across the QR code. Review the recognised fields before saving.
Backups
Choose Save to Files from Shelf. You can place the backup in iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or another Files location you control.
Microsoft OneNote
Connect Microsoft only when you want to export. You can remove the connection from the app after export. Everyday Evidence does not receive your Microsoft password.

Email support@everyday-evidence.com. Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, the app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email participant information, clinical data or confidential project material.
Privacy in one sentence: recognition happens on device, nothing is uploaded by Everyday Evidence, and exports go only where you choose.
